This is what I have done training wise since last Friday:

Fri:
4.2km Run. Webbing (7kg) and Rifle (3.6kg).

Sat:
(24kg) Cardio Circuit Of Doom x 5. 41min
Push-Ups Max: 105.

Sun:
10km Run (Clean Skin). 53min

Mon:
Swings (24kg) by the clock. 1,2,3,4,5min with 1min rest between each set. 15min and 462swings total.
Unilateral Thrusters (24kg) 5-1 L/R superset with Heaves 1-5 x 5. Total 75 reps
Push-Ups 30 x 5.

Tues:
5min Skip
Man Makers (2x24kg) 5x10

Wed:
Rest.

I'll be doing a Deadlift and Clean/Hang Clean session tomorrow.
