KB Training:

Wednesday 30th July 2008

Had a few days off after the comp,probably should make it a week but i'm off to San Diego in 2 weeks so i got to keep my fitness/strength up;

Short and sharp today,

Skipping:
1 x 5min

A1;Thrusters:
2x24kg x 5 x 5

A2;Pull-Ups:
BW x 5 x 5

no rest between A1 & A2,90sec rest between A2 & A1

Power-Cleans:
60kg x 5 x 5

now for some tft
