KB Training:

Fathers Day, so i thought it befitting to spoil myself :-)

Hit the garage with no shirt,shoes or socks,cranked up GnR and proceeded to make a chalky,sweaty mess of myself whilst the young blokes waged a water fight out front.

called it quits as breakfast was starting to repeat on me...........
