Just had the Boot on for a day and so far it's bloody uncomfortable. That said at least i can walk(hobble now) for a short distance. I still can't do any weighted work whilst standing(for the next 3 weeks the Doc says)so i'll continue to explore the Seated Military Press.
Body Weight = 82kg lightest i've been in years
