2x24kg@10min 7,6,6,6,5,5,5,5,5,6rpm (first time attempting 10min)
6 minutes rest
2x24kg@1min 6rpm

OAJ:
1x40kg x 8/8 x 1

Pull-Ups:
BW x 5 x 3

BW=80kg
still getting over the flu, so pretty happy with that 10min set
