KB Training:

Sunday 26th September 2010

Easy day,

Snatches:
1x20kg@4min 20rpm
4 minutes rest
1x24kg@4min 18rpm
4 minutes rest
1x28kg@4min 16rpm
5 minutes rest
1x32kg@2min 14rpm
that last set was stopped short of the 4 minutes allocated as I developed a blood blister under a callous during the 28kg set and I felt it beginning to tear. Needless to say I didn't do the last 20kg@8min set either :-( finished with Abs
