Actually your LC wasn't that bad. Now you must do few days some recovery training because of that quite high avhr. Next day some 40 min jogging with hr 160 MAX will do the job. Then some easy sprints to finish the running. It seems 62 is more than close in next comp mate. You haven't lost your condition and that is the most important thing.
