KB Training:

Motivation was low and i was feeling lazy so;

Jerks:
2x24kg x 10 x 5
2x32kg x 4 x 3
1 min rest between each set

One Arm Jerks:
1x40kg x 5/5 x 3

OALCCJ:
1x24kg@2min 14/14
1 min rest
1x32kg@2min 12/12

Swings:
1x32kg@2min 34/34

that's it for today,i'm happy with the effort considering i wasn't going to do anything .
