H2H Swings:
1x24kg x 100 x 1
Power-Cleans(bb):
60kg x 6 x 6
See-Saw Press:
2x24kg x 10/10 x 2
2x32kg x 3/3 x 3
Chin-Ups:
BW+16kg x 3 x 5
M.P:
1x40kg x 4/4 x 1
1x40kg x 3/3 x 2

I did a session today too mate. This is what I did:
Power Cleans:
60kg 3x10
80kg 4x8
Hang Cleans:
60kg 4x8
Standing Shoulder Press:
70kg 1-5x3 (45 reps total)
Dead Lifts:
120kg 5x4
Cooled down with Bridging and stretches.
I weighed myself after and I'm coming in at a neat and tidy 84.5kg. I'll hit the KB tomorrow for some Cardio Circuit Of Doom!
