I had to do something after missing Fri/Sat due to work,so;
1 Arm Jerk:
1x32kg x 10/10 x 10
Pull-Ups:
BW+10kg x 2 x 5
BW x 8 x 1
100 Jerks each arm with the 32 and a few Pull-Ups was enough for a Sunday,Snatches then tft tomorrow.
