A2;Pull-Ups:
BW x 5
A3;Double Windmills:
2x24kg x 5
x 5 minimum rest between circuits
B1;Double Snatches:
2x16kg x 10
B2;Hindu Squats:
BW x 15
x 5 minimum rest between circuits
Total Time=approx 40min
