Didn't have much time so i went back to an old favourite;

Skipping:
1 x 5min

A1; Clean & Press:
1x32kg x 1,2,3,4,5(ladders) x 3
A2; Pull-Ups:
BW x 1,2,3,4(ladders) x 3
no rest between A1-A2,1 minute rest between A2-A1


Hindu-Squats:
BW x 20 x 5
approx. 30sec rest between sets

LD's + SD's x lots
