Christmas eve and after a hectic 4 days at work finally back in the gym :-)

Skipping:
3 x 3 minutes  15 seconds rest/round

Power Clean(BB):
65kg x 5 x 10

Jerks:
2x32kg x 3 x 5

LD's + SD #15

not a great deal of volume,just happy to be back at it.
