2 minutes rest

2 minutes rest
2x20kg@1min 10rpm
2 minutes rest
2x20kg@2min 12rpm

almost lost my lunch after the last set.....

Back Squat:
70kg x 4 x 3
50kg x 20 x 1

tft for about 1.5hrs
