KB Training:

Wednesday 3rd February 2010

Snatches:
1x20kg@8min 20rpm
4 minute rest
1x20kg@4min 16rpm(slower then my normal snatching pace but i wanted to work on holding the lockout for a little longer)

got side tracked and had to leave the gym

a few hours later..

1x28kg x 5/5 x 5
snuck this in whilst training my eldest...
