KB Training:

Tuesday 9th February 2010

First session, 11.15am will be back in the gym this arvo for tft so I'll probably do some more then as well.

6 minutes rest

LCCJ:
2x20kg@6min 9.9.9.9.8.9 rpm
6 minutes rest
2x20kg@2min 10rpm
2 minutes rest
2x20kg@2min 9rpm

will be doing LCCJ for comp in March, at this stage goal is 100+ with the 20's but I may try out the 24's, who knows???
