Are you sure you can recover? If you start feeling tired or suffer lack of sleep, take at least two days off.
cheers mate, all good so far. Due to work I'm off till at least Sunday anyway so I factor that in ;)

That's good mate. If you start feeling tired or suffer bad sleep, take some two or even more days rest. It takes lot of time to build endurance. Within a ten or so weeks you can achieve little better condition but it takes few years to become really strong and good lifter.
