1x32kg x 10/10 x 2

next few days will be some light cardio etc.

Any thoughts about this hard session. Was it okay, was it "too hard", how was your technique?

The session, once i got into it was good. Looking forward now to 180% on Tuesday. Technique felt good, keep chin up ;)
