Good one mate. Actually you run pretty fast with that hr. Your condition is getting better pretty soon. It seems your body reacts pretty fast for different type of training.Now few days some tft maybe and after one tft session do one sprint/jump training. Only some 10 sprints and then some 10 sets of fast jumps. Nothing too serious but to "relax" your legs.

won't get the sprints in, but teaching a tft gig tomorrow and I'll throw in some jumps at the end. Friday/Sat working like dog, Sunday recover, Mon bells(light)
