Monday is usually rest due to long hours at work but I felt like a small one...

SD 39-42b x 1
LCCJ:
2x16kg@5min 54reps
5 minute rest
2x20kg@2min 8rpm
1 minute rest
2x20kg@2min 8rpm
KB Front Squats:
2x24kg x 6 x 2
2x28kg x 5 x 3
need to refine my BB FS technique as it hurts my wrist/hand

Hey mate. Some day do 100LC with 2x16 kg and we can see, how long it takes?
will do, tomorrow or maybe Thursday, I'm guess 10 minutes these days
