KB Training:

Time to add some more strength work,so back to the K.I.S.S method(Keep It Simple Stupid)

Skipping:
1 x 5min

A1 Clean and Press(left/right):
1x24kg x 10/10 x 1
1x32kg x 1>>5/1>>5 x 3  (ladders)

A2 Pull-Ups:
BW x 1>>5 x 3

minimal rest if any between A1 and A2

Dbl Front Squat:
2x24kg x 10 x 1
2x32kg x 3 x 2
started to feel discomfort in my knee so i stopped 

One Arm Jerks:
1x40kg x 9/9 x 1
