Oleg Circuit:
A mate of mine suggested i try it with 2x24kg.................... ouch!!!
Got all the way to the 5th clean then had to put the bloody things down 4 times for a 5/10 sec breather during the rest of it, not such a good idea doing this straight after the snatches i think?
10 Dbl Santch
10 Dbl Swings
10 Dbl Cleans
10 Jerks( i did Push-Press due to ATR)
10 See-Saw Press
10 Dips
10 Push Ups
10 sec Static Hold
x 1 with 2x24kg
Front Squats:
2x24kg x 8 x 3
Will be in the gym tonight so I'm sure I'll do a little more :-)
