Should've listened to my body and had a rest day.....

Snatches:
1x24kg@6min 52/47 felt horrible from go to woh

Oleg Circuit:
2x16kg x 2 continuos

Get Up Sit-Ups:
2x12kg x 10 x 2

30 minutes,done and dusted. Now feel like shit.
