Yesterday took more out of me than I thought, was going to do a 8-10 minute set but pulled up at 5 minutes as it just didn't feel right.

LCCJ:
2x20kg@1min 10rpm
4 minutes rest
2x20kg@2min 10rpm
5 minutes rest
2x24kg@5min 7,6,6,6,5rpm
3 minutes rest
2x24kg@2min 6rpm
