Getting better but still this flu hangs on..

LCCJ:
2x24kg@2min 6rpm
4 minutes rest
2x24kg@4min 6,5,6,5rpm
6 minutes rest
2x24kg@5min 5rpm
3 minutes rest
2x24kg@2min 5rpm
2 minutes rest
2x24kg@1min 9rpm

the 5 minute set was to be 6 but still not quite "right" so didn't want to push too hard..
