Thanks Alexander, I wasn't very happy with that set myself, felt bad from "go to woe". It was actually going to be a 10 minute set but it didn't eventuate.
Hey man. When your hands are on "fixed" pos, keep your chin up and look up too. If your chin is down, your throat is sort of "jammed" because your chest muscles put some pressure on them. And blood test is always good thing if you feel weak. I've been home with Ella for few days because of some stomach flu ;) Back to training maybe in two days or so, let see.
