Had the dressing changed today and the verdict is two more weeks of the plaster then comes the boot..............
Here's what the scar looks like :-)
Stopped off at work after the doctor and the verdict was i looked emaciated. Gotta get into some more training,I'm thinking- push-ups,pull-ups,chins and pistols(on the right leg anyhows).

It's been 1 week since surgery and i have my first check up tomorrow :-). Here's hoping to be fitted with a boot though i think i may have another week of "foot up" ahead of me.
