Had Antti in the gym for a skills/technique session which lasted 1.5hrs. Wow....... GS overload ;-) we refined, changed and tweaked a few of my weak points. It was great, challenging but extremely rewarding, now all i have to do is remember those small points and practise them....
Took Antti down to Bronte straight after to have a swim, I think he enjoyed this beach a little better then Bondi.. the scenery was better :-)

Met my new Finnish mate, Antti today. Took him down to the gym for a sticky beak and then down to Bondi Beach where he marveled at the sand, had a swim in the ocean and admired the local female "talent" sunning themselves...... ;-) from there we went to Watson's Bay for a quick schooner with a view of the harbour(for mine the best beer garden in the world) and then it was time for me to go home.
